Remote Support - Terms & Conditions
• AP-it provide remote support service which enables AP-it to connect using software to remotely control your PC, laptop or Mac. The remote support software is secure and is powered by Splashtop which you the customer have to acknowledge any remote session before help can be provided by providing your ID generated by Splashtop.
• Business Remote Support price depends on the length of the remote support call, Up to 15 Minutes £15.00, Up to 30 Minutes £25.00 and Up to 60 Minutes £40.00.
• Residential Remote Support prices are, Up to 15 Minutes £15.00, Up to 30 Minutes £20.00 and Up to 60 Minutes £35.00.
• On completion of remote support calls an invoice will be sent via email to client for the time logged involved during the remote support call.
• Invoices are expected to be paid in full once received by client. Late payments will incur a late payment charge.
• All prices above are excluding VAT.
