• AP-it are the provider of this remote support service which enables AP-it to provide remote help using software to remotely control your PC or laptop. The remote support software is secure and you the customer have to acknowledge any remote session before help can be provided.

• The price depends on the package that you require, One-Off Payment - starting from £25.95, Unlimited Annual Plan - 12 Months - 1 PC - £99.95 and Unlimited Family Pack - 12 Months - 3 PC's - £159.95.

• Payment can be made by using PayPal which is a secure payment service or by cheque payable to AP-it. Please send cheques to our address: AP-it, 283 Seven Sisters Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN22 0QL. You can also pay by BACS: Natwest account: 51554461, sort code: 60-07-44. Once payment has been received you would be able to receive support remotely for the package you have selected.

• Once taken out you will have a seven working day trail where you can use this service. You have the right to cancel the trial within the seven working days cooling of period, where you would receive a full refund.

• If you cancel after the seven working days trial for what ever reason you would not receive a refund. To cancel AP-it request this in writing.

• The 12 Month annual packages are for 12 months minimum term.

• Support starts once payment has been received, you will be redirected to the software download page where you can download the client for installation. If paying by BAS or Cheque you will receive an email with the remote support software link after payment has been made.
